- Houses in my area are selling for about $50k more than I bought mine now. But we do have one house that may go into foreclosure soon.

- Ok. People are confusing how much taxes are going to be paid. 9% is on your income. That is fixed. The other 9% is on new goods which is controllable, and you can't say that equals 18% of your income because if you are paying rent or a mortgage or a car payment then it doesn't apply to that amount.

- I am going to Blockbuster now. Especially since I can get Games and Movies. I don't know their streaming sitch but Netflix angered me.
